大家早上好！我是高二四班的闫晓桐，今天我国旗下演讲的主题是“养成良好习惯，做时代好少年”

著名教育家陶行知先生曾经说过：“思想决定行动，行动养成习惯，习惯形成品质，品质决定命运。”事实的确如此，良好的行为习惯就像指南针，指引着我们每一个人的行动。

生活中，一些细小的习惯，看似不经意，实则力量无穷，好的习惯，方能成就一个人，坏的习惯，足以毁掉一个人。从日常生活中，便能看出今后能否取得成功，这便是习惯的力量。

纵观历史，大多数获得成功的人，都有一些长期坚持的良好习惯。养成习惯，形成自然，鲁迅先生从小就养成不迟到的好习惯，他要求自己抓紧时间，时时刻刻地叮嘱自己凡事都要早做，这样长时间地坚持下去，就养成了习惯，这位以“小跑走完一生”的作家，在中国乃至世界文学史上留下了浓墨重彩的一笔。由此可见，好的习惯对中学生各方面发展起到了决定性因素。

正所谓：“滴水穿石，绳锯木断”，做任何事情，贵在坚持，贵在持之心恒。想要掌控命运，首先要掌控自己，昨日的习惯，已经造就了今日的我们；今日的习惯，决定明天的我们，让我们从现在做起，从今天做起，养成良好的习惯，争做时代好青年。

早上好！

很荣幸我能在这里进行演讲，我演讲的主题是：保护校园环境，从小事做起。

每当同学们跨入校园的大门，走向宿舍，步入教室时，同学们是否感觉到好像走进自己的另一个家。我们在校园里学习、生活、成长。因此每位同学都是这个校园里的一名成员，都有维护校园的义务和责任。

绿，生命的颜色；绿，环保的颜色。有了绿色，便有了清新的空气；有了绿色，便有了沁鼻的花香；有了绿色，便有了健康的生命；有了绿色，便有了美丽的校园。我们的学校是传播文化的场所，是学生获得知识、培养正确的人生观价值观和养成良好行为习惯的场所，创建绿色校园是每个学生义不容辞的责任啊！校园就是个小社会，同学们在有管理制度的校园中都不能做到爱护环境，走出校园，进入社会这一大环境，又能怎样呢？那就更不敢设想了。

爱护校园环境，我们要从小事做起，遵守学校的规定和秩序，具体做到：不攀折花草树木，不随地吐痰，保护校园环境，将垃圾自觉放入垃圾箱中，不乱扔果皮纸屑。我们不做破坏者，不随意破坏学校的公共设施，不攀爬草场护栏，不在墙壁和课桌上乱写乱画，当你见到废纸、食品袋等废弃物时，弯一弯腰就可以做件好事了，何乐而不为呢？当你准备随地丢垃圾的时候，是否想到，这随意的一个小动作，不是我们学生应有的素质。这些虽然只是身边点点滴滴的小事，但一举一动都包含着我们对学校的爱。

保护校园环境，人人有责。校园是我家，美丽靠大家。希望我们每一位同学都当好校园环保“小卫士”，用自己的实际行动保护环境，培养我们的绿色意识，为建设校园贡献出自己的一份力量！从我做起，从小做起，从身边做起，从现在做起。同学们！让我们携起手来，保护环境，净化校园，把我们的校园建设得更美丽吧！

随着社会的发展，交通安全显得越来越重要，我们每个同学都是社会的参与者,也就是说我们每天上学路上或出外旅游等，只要上了马路就参与了交通，因为道路上人多车多,交通参与者时常由于没注意遵守规则或疏忽大意而发生交通事故,车撞车、车撞人的事时有发生，因此，我今天专门给同学们讲讲交通安全常识:

1、安全走路

我们上学读书、放学回家、节假日外出时走在人来车往的交通繁忙的道路上，要遵守交通规则，增强自我保护意识。我们走路要走人行道上。在没有人行道的地方，应靠道路右边行走。走路时，思想要集中，不要东张西望，不能三五成群并排行走，不要乱过马路，追赶车辆嬉戏打闹。更不要在马路上踢球、跳皮筋、溜冰、做游戏。一旦被来往车辆撞倒，后果非常严重。

2、不在车前车后急穿马路

有人总是喜欢在汽车前、后急穿马路这是很危险的。驾驶员眼睛看不到的地方，被称为“视线死角”。要是有人在车前车后驾驶员眼睛看不到的“视线死角”内急穿马路，就会造成车祸。所以我们横过马路要注意左右来往车辆，先向左看，后向右看，当看清没有来车时才横过马路。在有“人行横道”和“人行天桥“上行走，这样才比较安全。

3、文明乘车我们在等乘公共汽车时，应在站台上有次序地候车。要做到等车停稳后,让车上的人先下来,然后依次车。车辆行驶时，要坐好或站稳，并抓住扶手，防止紧急刹车时摔倒。不能将身体的任何部分伸出车外下来后，要注意安全，不要从车前车后突然穿出或猛跑过马路，以免发生伤亡事故。

同学们，你们是祖国的未来。为了你的健康成长，请你自觉遵守交通法则!

2. Don't rush across the road in front of and behind the car

Someone always likes to rush across the road in front of or behind the car. This is very dangerous. Places that the driver cannot see are referred to as "blind spots.". If someone crosses the road in a "blind spot"  ,  it can cause an accident. So when we cross the road, we should pay attention to the traffic coming and going from left to right. Walking on "pedestrian crossings" is safer.

3. Civilized ride

When we are waiting for a bus, we should wait in order on the platform. After the car stops stably, let the people on the car get off first, and then drive in turn. When the vehicle is traveling, it is necessary to sit or stand firmly and grasp the armrest to prevent it from falling down during emergency braking. After you cannot extend any part of your body out of the vehicle and get off, pay attention to safety. Do not suddenly cross the road from behind or in front of the vehicle.

4. No cranes, no cars

Some students like to casually play with cars parked on the road, even stopping, chasing cranes, and throwing stones at vehicles in the middle of the road for fun. In fact, this is very dangerous and immoral behavior. Most are likely to cause accidents. When we discover such bad behavior, we should boldly discourage it.

5. Children under the age of twelve are not allowed to ride bicycles.

Urban roads are complex and vehicles are numerous. 中外古今，多少诗人,作家用优美的文笔写出了对生命的歌颂。 人们歌颂生命，因为生命是宝贵的，人们热爱生命，因为生命是美好的。然而，生命又是脆弱的。当生命遭到灾难或伤害时，它就会转眼消逝。那些鲜血写成的教训，使我们感悟到了生命的可贵，感悟到了安全的重要。

“安全”两字简单，却包含着多少“深刻”，生活中，我们的“一时贪玩”和“一时好奇，就会造成无法挽回的后果，也就因为这样，往往一些还没有开放的花蕾就枯萎了;还没有展翅的飞翔的雏鹰，翅膀就折了

读万卷书，行万里路，我校将于这周进行研学旅行活动，为了我们的生命安全我们应该注意做到：

1、学生在研学旅行教育课程中应该一切听从研学指导老师和带队教师的指挥，不得擅自行动、私自脱离队伍。

2、每次出发前学生需按时到指定地点集合，听从研学指导老师安排并排队上车，不争先恐后、不你推我搡。

3、学生必须严格遵守研学旅行课程的有关时间规定，包括出发时间、研学旅行教育课程时间及用餐时间等。

4、学生在乘车期间禁止将头或手伸出窗外，在车上应做到不起哄，不讲粗话，服从研学指导教师的管理。

5、学生在行车途中服务区内如需如厕或下车休息应谨记所乘车辆的车牌号码和研学指导教师手机号码，不得私自离开服务区和队伍。

6、学生身上携带现金以够用为度，贵重物品以少带为宜。

7、学生在回程行车中无特殊情况，不得离队回家。在学生集体到达学校后，需有家长来接并签字确认，学生方可离校。

8、如遇突发事件，学生应该及时通知带队老师或研学指导老师。

9、建议携带洗漱用品和换洗衣物、雨伞等，有条件的同学可以自带相机。

10、要准备中暑、感冒、腹泻、外伤、退烧等药品，如正气水、板蓝根冲剂等。

在这多彩的世界里，我们可以做许多自己喜欢的事，阅读自己热爱的书籍，弹自己拿手的乐器，烹饪美味可口的饭菜以及享受舌尖上的美味。我们可以多运动，多学习，坚持锻炼身体，去和大自然拥抱，在美丽的校园散步，欣赏各种风景，呼吸新鲜的空气，这是一种美妙的享受。

做自己意味着，你要成为自己的主人，做命运的主人。命运掌握在自己手中，不要由命运摆布自己。我们要勇敢面对生活。遇到困难不退缩，历经挫折不气馁。不开心时学会调节自己，对自己和他人始终存有一份善意和体谅，允许自己偶尔沮丧，但绝不让悲观的情绪所控制，

“仰天大笑出门去，我辈岂是蓬蒿人。”李白勇敢做自己，用乐观告诉我们人生不如意十之八九，要活出自己，靠自己不断进步。而安于现状不想进步逐渐堕落，不是你未来的你想要的自己，不要做匍匐一生的藤蔓依附于别人生存，要依靠自己改变心态和思维，勇敢追求更好的自己。

The topic of my speech today is "How to be yourself courageously".

To be yourself means to be the master of yourself and  your destiny. Destiny is in your own hands, and don't let fate push you. We should face life bravely. Do not give way to difficulties and do not be discouraged after setbacks. Learn to smooth yourself when you are upset, always have a kind and considerate attitude towards yourself and others, allow yourself to be depressed once in a while, but never let your pessimistic mood control you.

Li Bai, famous poet of Tang Dynasty,  was brave to be himself, and told us with optimism that life is not as good as one's wishes. We should live our lives and make continuous progress by ourselves. Rely on your own to change your thinking, to pursuit your better version of future.

Being brave to be yourself doesn’t mean being a selfish person. We should maintain a good order in our heart, which also includes establishing a positive and warm relationship with people and things around us, loving ourselves then loving others. 大家上午好!

大家知道明天是几月几日吗?(12月13日)你们知道它是什么特殊日子吗?大家说得很对。12月13日为南京大屠杀死难者国家公祭日。为什么要把这一天作为国家公祭日呢?这是因为85年前，也就是1937年7月7日，日军对中国发起了侵略战争，在12月13日攻入南京，对南京同胞展开血腥大屠杀的日子。当时，侵华日军攻入南京后对城内手无寸铁的同胞展开了长达42天惨无人寰的大屠杀。30万同胞惨遭杀戮，无数像你们一样的儿童、学生都被无情地杀害，城里三分之一的建筑遭到严重毁坏，大量财物遭到任意掠夺。然而，值得称颂的是中华民族历来是不畏强暴、敢于抵抗一切敌人的伟大民族。经过8年艰苦抗日，中国人民付出了伤亡3500万人的沉重代价，用生命和鲜血打败了日本侵略者，赢得了中国人民抗日战争的伟大胜利。日本侵略者也于1945年9月2日与我国正式签订投降书，那些没有人性的日军有的被赶出中国，逃回日本，有的则被国际法庭判以重刑，受到严厉惩处。

60年前，鲁迅先生用《纪念刘和珍君》一文让世人牢记“三一八惨案”，让烈士们的鲜血不因“时间的流驶”而仅仅留下“淡红的血色和微漠的悲哀”。今天的这场国家公祭，则意在提醒生活在和平时期的我们，不应忘记腥风血雨中无数同胞的苦难与挣扎，不应忘记战火硝烟中无数先辈的坚守与抗争，不应忘记艰难岁月中世界人民的同舟共济与共同守望。只有铭记曾经的伤痛，我们才会更加珍惜来之不易的和平;只有铭记曾经的付出，我们才会更加清楚今天肩上的责任。

人们或许会控诉鬼子的残暴，人们或许会悲悯民族的苦难，但望着那几十万束手就擒的军队，望着那一张张绝望而麻木的面孔，悲愤之余，我眼前留下的，只有一片浓黑的沉默!

“沉默呵，沉默呵!不在沉默中爆发，就在沉默中灭亡。”

太多的苦难易于使人麻木，是到了重新反思历史的时候了。今天，当我们重新谈起南京大屠杀的时候，当我们愤慨悲痛了之后，我们又该想些什么?我们又当做些什么?

此时，我想起了纪伯伦的《泪与笑》其中写到的：“云的一生就是悲欢离合的一生，人也是如此，一旦失掉崇高的灵魂，就成了存在于物质世界的行尸走肉。”我想，对于国家也是如此，只有拥有国魂，才能使国家富强，不受外侮，足以立足于世界民族之林。我们要告诉世界，我们不仅有着960万平方公里的土地，我们不仅有着悠久的历史与文明，我们还要拥有一群有志气的热血国民。

正如所言，忘记历史意味着背叛。背叛历史，必将导致历史悲剧的重演。“以铜为鉴，可正衣冠;以古为鉴，可知兴替;以人为鉴，可明得失。”回避历史，混淆历史甚至颠倒历史，只会给未来埋下罪恶的种子，给和平抹上往日的阴霾。因此，唯有铭记历史，正视历史，才能维护今天的和平，才能守护人类的希望。

铭记历史，更可以为我们的前进提供动力，明确方向。南京大屠杀的悲剧，和二战中其他不胜枚举的悲剧一样，向世人揭示了现代文明中深藏的痼疾。在硝烟淡去而余波未平的今天，如何根除历史的隐患，实现全人类的共同夙愿，是每个当代人都必须面对的问题。在这一历史进程中，古老的中华文明应当扮演什么样的角色，和平崛起的中国应当走什么样的道路，则更是每一个当代的中国人应当思考的问题。身为华夏儿女，我们都应勇敢地面对这一追问，并共同肩负起这份伟大的历史使命。

我们祈望和平，就要建设一个富强的国家，就要建设一个文明的国家，因为要获得持久的和平，不应仅仅依赖武力的抵抗和制衡，更在于内心良知与理性的激发。

文明是什么?文明是路上相遇时的微笑，是同学有难时的热情帮助，是平时与人相处时的亲切，是见到师长时的问早问好，是不小心撞到对方时的一声“对不起”，是自觉将垃圾放入垃圾箱的举动，是看到有人随地吐痰时的主动制...文明是种品质，文明是种修养，文明是种受人尊敬并被大家广泛推崇的行为。

做文明之人，就要会用文明语，做文明事。再简单地讲就是要懂礼貌，明事理。中国素有"礼仪之邦”之称，礼貌待人是中华民族的传统美德。生活在幸福时代的我们，如果不能继承和发扬这种优良传统，就不能真正做一个快乐的人。 文明礼貌是最容易做到的事，同时也是生活里最重要的事，它比最高的智慧、比一切的学问都重要。 礼貌经常可以替代最珍贵的感

What is civilization? Civilization is the smile when we meet on the road, is the warm help of classmates when they are in trouble, is the kindness when we get along with people at ordinary times, is a greeting when we see your division leader, is a "excuse me" when we accidentally bump into someone., is consciously put the garbage into the dustbin, is the initiative to see someone spitting... 我是来自九年级八班的郭金涵，今天我们的演讲题目是《安全意识心中留 校园安全伴我行》。

“生命”，一个多么鲜活的词语。“安全”，一个反复强调的话题。

生命如花，虽可绽放天下，但如不精心呵护，顷刻间就会凋零；生命如水，虽能滋润万物，但如不精心照料，顷刻间就会蒸发；生命如戏，虽然十分精彩，但演出只有一次，没有彩排不能重来。因此校园安全，是全人类都在共同关注的话题。因为它直接关系到青少年的成长，关系到千千万万个家庭的幸福和社会的和平与稳定。

保尔柯察金曾经说过：“人最宝贵的是生命，生命对每一个人来说都只有一次。”而我们青少年的生命是含苞欲放的花朵，美丽却又娇弱，更应好好珍惜。

尊重生命，首先要学会尊重自己的生命。坚信“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”。也学会尊重他人的生命，肯定他人价值，当他人遭遇困境需要帮助时，尽己所能，伸出援助之手。

安全第一，责任重于泰山。从小事做起，真正做到“珍爱生命重视安全”是每个人义不容辞的责任。，要从提高自我保护意识做起，要从文明的言行举止开始，愿每位同学在校园安全地活动，共同维护好校园的环境。

当前，抗击新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情仍处关键期，仍然要加大防控力度，不能松懈。疫情地图上的每一处家园，每一个数字的变化无时无刻不在牵动着全中国人的心。全力打好疫情防控阻击战、歼灭战，夺取疫情防控工作的最后胜利，我们全体学生在关注、在参与、在行动。

Good morning. I’m Guo Jinhan from Class 8, Grade 9. Today my topic is Establishing Safety Consciousness and Ensuring Campus Safety.

Life is like a flower.; Life is like water. ; Life is like a play. Although it is very wonderful, it can only be performed once. You can't do it again without rehearsal. Therefore, campus security is a topic of common concern for all mankind. Because it is directly related to the growth of young people, the happiness of millions of families and the peace and stability of society. 

As Pavel Korchagin once said: “The most precious thing for people is life. Life is only once for everyone.” The life of our teenagers is a flower in bud, beautiful but delicate, so we should cherish it.

To respect life, we must first learn to respect our own life. We firmly believe that “A time will come to ride the wind and cleave the waves; I will set my cloud-like sail to cross the sea which raves.” We should also learn to respect others' lives and affirm their values. When others are in trouble and need help, we should do our best to lend a helping hand.

Safety always comes first.

At present, the epidemic situation of pneumonia is still in a critical period, and we still need to strengthen prevention and control efforts.  All the students are taking action to fight against  and win the final victory of epidemic prevention .

大家早上好！我是初三七班xx，今天我演讲的题目是二十大召开后我们青少年应该怎么做

时间逝去了，只余文字；文字毁了，尚有灰烬；而灰烬吹散了，还有什么？大概就是印象中历史的色彩吧

鸦片战争敲开了中国的大门，帝国主义的铁蹄践踏着华夏大地。近代是灰暗的，一次次的冲突，一次次的镇压，近代就在这一次次压迫中走向水深火热。终于，众人觉醒了，在1921年7月23日，中国共产党在上海给人民带来了黎明的曙光。中国共产党第一次全国代表大会的胜利召开，宣告了中国共产党的诞生。我们伟大的党，满怀豪情热血的走过了一百多年，对于中华民族来说，这是一个有着重大意义，翻天覆地的百年。

2022年10月16日到22日，中国共产党第二十次全国代表在北京隆重召开，习总书记向大会进行报告，主题是：高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜，全面贯彻新时代中国特色社会主义思想，弘扬伟大建党精神，自信自强，守正创新，踔厉奋发，勇毅前行，为全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴而团结奋斗！

千秋伟业，人才为本。作为享受新时代发展成果中长大的我们也应知，少年智，则国智;少年富，则国富;少年强，则国强。今天，历史和未来将由我们焊接；未来，时代的接力棒要靠我们相传。

Patriotism has been in the blood of the Chinese nation since ancient times, which cannot be removed, broken or destroyed. It is the greatest spiritual power of the Chinese people. Working hard needs us to develop our characteristics and cultivate our personalities. How a person grows up is just like the process of a tree growing up. Developing our characteristics is like a tree absorbing the nutrition. Also, teamwork is necessary in one’s growing up. Everyone is just a tiny part of the whole world. Therefore, if we learn to cooperate with each other, we can be stronger and stronger.

时光如水，岁月如梭，转眼间，中国共产党已经走过了100多年的光辉历史。中国社会经过长期奋斗，发生了翻天覆地的变化。今天，当我们凝视着革命先烈用鲜血染红的国旗，当我们听到那激进的义勇军进行曲在耳边奏响，我们的思绪，仿佛又回到了那炮火纷飞的岁月，在祖国危急存亡的时刻，为了祖国的解放，无数的革命先烈抛头颅、洒热血，谱写了一曲曲壮烈的爱国乐章。

雄赳赳、气昂昂，跨过鸭绿江。70年前，几十万志愿军将士为了保护我国领士安全，义无反顾的踏上抗美援朝的征程，他们用鲜血和生命向世界宣告，绝不允许祖国再遭受伤害，绝不允许和平再遭受践踏。黄继光、杨根思、邱少云，一个个熟悉的名字，一个个闪亮的精神坐标，他们是值得骄傲的祖国之花。我们以有这样的英雄而骄傲，我们以生在这个英雄的国度而自豪。70年过去了，战争的硝烟在时光的冲刷下变得模糊，但英雄的光辉仍在阳光下闪闪发光。他们是最可爱的人，如同星光般闪耀，激励中华儿女在复兴之路上，砥砺奋斗。

天下艰难际，时势造英雄。2019年12月，新冠疫情，危害国人，病毒无情，人有情。我们不曾忘记，那个耄耋之年临危受命，奋斗于疫情一线的钟南山院士;我们不曾忘记，那一枚枚印在请愿书上鲜红的指印，无论生死，义无反顾的白衣天使;我们不曾忘记，那从家家户户中走出的志愿者们，他们不留姓名，不计报酬，只为了身后千家万户的平安。他们成了最美逆行者，冒着被感染的风险，争分夺秒与病毒赛跑，与死神较量。他们也有家也有爱和牵挂，他们也有犹豫和畏惧。但他们为了国人安危，还是选择了冲锋陷阵。他们是英雄，是新时代最可爱的人。岁月从不静好，只因有他们的负重前行。

当下，作为学生的我们，主要任务是好好学习，掌握文化知识，养成良好的思想品行，锻炼健全的体格，获得审美能力，提高自己的心理素质。让我们在党的领导和鼓励下勇敢地担当，以更强的历史责任感和使命感，不辜负党对我们的无限厚望。让我们这些小树苗健康成长为苍天大树，成为祖国的建设者和接班人，成为新一代的，最可爱的人。

Good morning!My dear leaders, teachers and students.

The theme of my speech today is to welcome the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and pay tribute to the most lovely people.

Time went by quickly, and come like a shuttle. In the blink of an eye, the Communist Party of China has gone through a glorious history of more than 100 years. After a long struggle, Chinese society has undergone radical changes. Today, when we gaze at the national flag which dyed by the blood of the revolutionary pioneers, and when we hear the March of the Volunteers playing, our thoughts seem to go back to the days as gunfire was roaring, countless revolutionary pioneers threw their heads and blood for the liberation of the motherland, and wrote a magnificent patriotic music.

Seventy years ago, hundreds of thousands of volunteer soldiers, in order to protect the safety of our country, set out on the journey to resist the United States and help North Korea, they declared to the world with their blood and lives that they would never allow the motherland to be harmed again and never allow peace to be trampled on again. 黄继光、杨根思、邱少云, so many familiar names, so many shining spiritual stars, they are proud flowers of the motherland. We are proud to have such heroes, and we are proud to be born in this country of heroes. 70 years have passed, and the smoke of war has become blurred under the wash of time, but the glory of heroes still shines in the sun. They are the loveliest people, shining like stars, inspiring the Chinese children to fight on the road to rejuvenation.

When there is a hard time, there is a hero. December 2019, Covid-19 endangered the country, although the virus is merciless, people have love. We have never forgotten Doctor Zhong Nanshan, who was ordered to fight in the front line of the epidemic at his old age; we have never forgotten the angel in white who printed a bright red fingerprint on the petition, regardless of life or death; we have never forgotten the volunteers, who did not leave their names and were not paid, just for the peace of thousands of families behind them. They have become the most beautiful heroes in harm’s way, risking being infected, racing against the virus and fighting with death. They also have home, love and concern, they also have hesitation and fear. But they still chose to protect the safety of the nation. They are the heroes, the most lovely people in the new era. There is no so-called peace, but only because someone puts you under the wing.

At present, as students, our main task is to study well, master knowledge, develop good character, build up a healthy body, acquire aesthetic ability, and improve our psychological quality. Let us bravely take up our responsibilities under the leadership and encouragement of the Party. Let us live up to the Party's expectation with a stronger sense of historical responsibility. 我们都踏上了新的起点，初中三年的青春，我们都应有对未来的期盼和新的目标。在青春的征途上，我们会看到不同的风景，也许我们会遇到挫折，但风雨过后，眼前会是鸥翔鱼游的天水一色，走出荆棘，前面就是铺满鲜花的康庄大道，登上山顶便是积翠如云的空蒙山色。所以，我们应坚守心中的目标，朝着新征途努力前进、辞别过往、迎接新的时光。

对于树立新目标，我向大家提几点建议，一是综合过去的表现对自己做一个好好的整理。从以前的遗憾和成就中，你可以去在新的未来弥补遗憾和突破自我。二是成就一个全新的自己，中学生活会是一个改造厂，它会对你进行一个加工整理。在新的起点，你会拨开重雾，遇见你梦想中的样子。

最后，白日不到处，青春怡自来。青春路是成长之路，不缺乏鲜花也少不了荆棘，充满了幸福，也一定会有创伤。而时代的大任已传递到吾辈少年手中，我们能做的就是发扬历代楷模之资，为新生的时代奏起少年的华章，明日之我心中有丘壑，立马镇山河。

Dear teachers, dear students, good morning! The title of my speech today is: Say goodbye to the past and welcome a whole new semester.

As the new semester approaches, we’re all starting a new journey. In the new semester, we should all have new goals. Goals make our days more meaningful. With a goal, we will not easily lose our direction, and we will not easily give up on the road of chasing the goal. On the journey of youth, I believe that each of us will see different landscapes. Maybe we'll meet beautiful flowers or we'll meet thorns. When we see beautiful flowers, we should stop and appreciate them. When we see thorns, when we face difficulties, we should also have a optimistic attitude. we must believe that after the wind and rain, it will be a rainbow. We must solve problems with a peaceful mind and stick to our goals

Here, I would like to give you some suggestions on how to set new goals. First, we should analyze our own situation. For example, what are some of the advantages that you are proud of? What are some of the weaknesses that needs improvement? Which subject did you learn well last semester? Which subject do you want to improve this semester? Do you need any improvements in getting along with your teachers and classmates? After having a clear mind of these issues, you should set an overall goal for the whole semester. For example, what are the things that you need to do before the end of the semester. Second, you should set monthly, weekly and daily goals. And you have to follow your everyday goals. Third, you should make a summary once a week to supervise yourself.

I hope that my advice can be helpful for you and I also hope with the help of teachers, all of us can set our own goals for the new semester, and improve ourselves day by day.
